Using traditional methods and only local varieties, this is a classic Chianti Reserva, it spends 18 months in Oak and then a minimum of 30 months in bottle before release.
Delightful medium bodied Chianti, the nose is rich, showing berry fruit and subtle vanilla. The palate delivers a lovely velvety texture, supported by expressive tannins.
The old Chianti Riserva vineyards were planted 60 years ago by Pietro Beconcini and allow me today to preserve the style and authentic expression of this wine in its most important version.
