Salame Piccante (Spicy Salami) is prepared with the noble cuts of the Italian pig and is stuffed in a particular natural casing which gives it the characteristic elongated shape. Sweet pepper and hot pepper are added to the mixture of this salami, to create a delicate and spicy flavour, sweet and tasty at the same time. The attention to the drying and seasoning phase of this salami gives it a decidedly unmistakable aroma. It also has a nice orange-red colour transmitted by the presence of chilli in the dough.
Ingredients: Italian pork, sea salt, spices, honey, sweet pepper, hot pepper, preservative: potassium nitrate.
Tasty instructions for use : we recommend bringing it to room temperature and slicing it by hand about half an hour before its consumption. Ideal to be enjoyed au naturel, or accompanied by a slice of homemade bread.
