Intense purple red with aromas of cassis and anise with hints of blackberry, cherry and spices. Palate delivers a decisive and round character.
Careful vinification process with manual grape harvest, careful selection of the bunches and rigorous temperature control. Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels kept throughout the winter at a controlled temperature of 5 ° C. Bottled with the waning moon to favour its predisposition to ageing and following a traditional racking without filtration. Decant and serve at 15-18 ° C.
