Aged for 12 months in French oak.
Ruby red in colour, delicate and refined on the nose with primary hints of dark berry fruits reminiscent of blackberries and blueberries and secondary of pepper and chocolate.
Careful vinification process with manual grape harvest, careful selection of the bunches and rigorous temperature control. Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels kept throughout the winter at a controlled temperature of 5 ° C. Bottled with the waning moon to favour its predisposition to ageing and following a traditional racking without filtration. Decant and serve at 15-18 ° C.
