Grapes that come from a 1950 vineyard. After a careful manual harvest, the grapes are left to rest in the cold store until they reach 10 C. A gentle pressing follows and the flower must is passed directly into barrels for fermentation, in a temperature-controlled environment. As of June 28th, at the "flowers" full moon, the wine is bottled manually and without filtration directly from the barrique. Straw yellow in colour with floral scents, pear, hazelnut and almond with well balanced acidity.
